Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (onions, potatoes, spinach, and cauliflower), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously, until you achieve a thick, smooth batter consistency.
